We have called, requested callback, used messenger, emailed for a week and not one response. We can't get in to our portal, call IT for assistance - no-one answering!! Disappointing service is an understatement!

When I call for assistance the operators make me feel like I have interrupted their day and when I send a query via email I receive only the bare minimum in the response, usually requiring me to follow up with additional questions. They used to keep a record of all files in an archived box which they no longer do - but as far as I can tell we still pay the same for less. I will be looking to go to another provider within the next 6 months.
On a positive note their delivery and pick up staff are friendly and helpful and requests are processed within 48 hours.
