She does not have any care or consideration for her patients. Thank goodness it is bulk billing. The only positive I can take away from it.If you have anything sensitive to discuss regarding your health. I urge you to NOT attend this practice.
- Melanie Added October 20, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst GP I have been to by far. I have seen 2 female doctors here both extremely unprofessional and total lack of care. The first doctor gave me the wrong prescription, luckily my pharmacist realised this. The second doctor told me my blood test results were fine and when I questioned it further she said 'oh actually you do have a deficiency in ....'. The receptionist was the only person working there that showed some kind of service.

- B Valley Added January 11, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been looking for a bulk billing GP that was close to my home so I was happy when this Medical Centre opened up. The front desk staff are polite and efficient however after seeing Dr Zhao a few times I will not be returning. I found her manner to be arrogant, rude and dismissive - Not exactly traits that you would look for in a good doctor, especially for a family. She is currently the only doctor there so it is not even possible to request a different doctor! I will continue to go to my usual gp who is further away but whose bedside manner is professional and caring.
